TAPAK KUCING
Pan fried Banana
Typically dessert / snack from Jogjakarta, Middle Java. Perfect accompaniment for coffee or tea.
Ingredients:
6 pcs Banana
“Raja”
4 tbsp Margarine
2 tbsp Icing
Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Method:
Peel off banana and sliced half.
Put aside.
Heat non-stick pan.
Put
2 tbsp margarine, place banana on frying pan.
When banana is getting
brown, turn other side.
Do it until brown for both sides.
Take out
from frying pan.
While it still hot, fold round from one side to other side and gently press.
Arrange on the
serving plate and dusting with Icing Sugar and Cinnamon Powder.
