URAP SAYUR
Mix Vegetable and Spicy Grated Coconut
Makes 3 portions
Ingredients:
30 g Spinach, cut short,
blanched

pcs Long Bean, cut 3
cm, blanched
200 g Water Spinach, cut short,
blanched

g Cabbage, cut ½ cm,
blanched

g Short Bean Sprout,
blanched
150
g Carrot,
julienned, blanched
½
whole Coconut, slightly
young, grated, steamed
Spice,
Pasted:
3
pcs Red Chili
1 ½
cloves Garlic
2 tsp Coriander
1 cm Lesser Galangal
3
sheets Kaffir Lime Leaf
Salt
To
taste Palm Sugar
Urap
Spice:
Mix all ingredients and steamed until
done.
Take out.
How to serve:
Mix steamed grated coconut and Urap spice.
Then mix to Vegetables
and serve.
